Hi, My name is Fred Selby, I am a true blue North Idahoan. I grew up in the Northwest enjoying the beauty that is all around. I am an avid outdoors enthusiast, I love hiking, camping, backpacking, fishing, water sports and I love to fly as a licensed helicopter pilot. North Idaho has it all, outdoors galore, many lakes, rivers and streams, beautiful mountains, exquisite ski resorts, riding and biking trail systems and a local economy and business infrastructure all with a feeling of community that is not too common any more.

With over 25 years of sales experience I understand the need for client relationships, which is key to my business. My goal is to help individuals and families reach their dreams living in North Idaho and making it home. John L Scott is one of the most friendly and professional Real Estate organizations in the Northwest with competent, hard working go getters. We are here to get the job done and make a friendship in the process. We have developed a name for ourselves, "The Team That Moves". When our clients buy or sell a home, we often pitch in and help them move, from packing boxes, to loading the moving van.
